HP Palm is all charged up for the February 9 webOS Event for which the company has reportedly sent out invites early last month. At this event, everyone anticipates to get the sneak peak of the next generation webOS, new phone/portable music player and the Topaz tablet. On the HP Palm blog, a teaser video giving a glimpse of upcoming device was posted just a few hours ago.
It looks to me like the video shows off four corners of a device, but it's tough to tell if we're looking at a tablet or a smartphone. It seems like a pretty solid bet that we'll be seeing at least one tablet, like the Topaz from HP/Palm next week, so that may be what it is. Then again, I wouldn't be shocked to see at least one or two smartphones at the event, too, so maybe HP/Palm is giving a sneak peek at one of those since renders of the Topaz have already leaked. Either way, next week is shaping up to be pretty great for all of the webOS lovers in the world.
